**** Kendriya Vidyalaya, shifted to its new building****

Infrastructure of Vidyalaya :

Vidyalaya Building comprises of Principal's Chamber, Office, Labs for (Computer Science, Math & Junior Science), Library, CAT Room, Demo room, Lecture Room and 10 classrooms.
Vidyalaya also has a play ground for various outdoor sports activities and various facilities of fine arts like Terracotta, Yoga & Dance. This Vidyalaya is also practicing Takewando.

Computer Lab:

Computer Lab of this Vidyalaya is well-prepared, maintained and updated facilities like LAN, internet etc. there are 17 computers out of 25, in the Lab. Remaining 8 Computers have been installed in Library, Office, Staff, Principal’s chamber, Examination dept, CAT and Junior Science Lab. Two Ink jet Printers; two dot –matrix printers, scanner, DVD Combo and pen drive are also in fruitful use.

Junior Science Lab:

This Vidyalaya has well arranged Junior Science Lab with various Models , chemicals and sufficient number of equipments for effective T-L process.

Library:

This Vidyalaya has a well-arranged computerized Library, which helps the students in enhancing their knowledge and reading skill. There are 2,000 books of various subjects and categories. Daily newspapers, periodicals and monthly magazines are provided for the use of students & their academic progress.

CAT Room:

Computer Aided Teaching Room is well in use with one Computer for special CAT classes. Sufficient number of Educational CDs are in good use and CAT materials & CDs of KVS supply are also in daily use.

Lecture & Demonstration Room:

A room, well arranged for Lecture & Demos of various classes with Amplifier, 29" color TV, one Computer system with LAN and Internet connection, OHP Projector, Slide Projector, DVD player and VCD & CD + cassette player are in daily use there.

Audio Visual Aids in the Technology Lab:

There are 3 dimensional models.
Charts related to the science and social science subjects.
Different models to help T-L process.
This School has well advanced Audio Visual Aids for academic progress of children and to facilitate latest technologies of teaching through the a/m aids.

This Vidyalaya has a special room for dance and music classes with required musical instruments in adequate stock.

Games & Sports:

We have all types of indoor & outdoor games specially Table Tennis, Chess And Caroms Etc. This Vidyalaya has fields for Cricket, Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, Shuttle Badminton and volleyball etc. All students are very much interested in games & sports and secured many medals in various competitions.
